Weston Forest has acquired Kings Wood Products of Paris, Ontario.
“Kings Wood Products expands our manufacturing base in Canada while adding to the mix of products we can offer our existing Industrial customers,” said Steve Rhone, President & CEO of Weston Forest.
This acquisition represents Weston’s sixth in the last decade and their second since the company was purchased by the Watermill Group in 2021.
Weston Forest is a leading distributor and remanufacturer of softwood & hardwood lumber and specialty panel products, serving North America’s industrial and construction sectors.
