US LBM, a major U.S. distributor of specialty building materials, has acquired Goodrich Brothers, Inc., a Michigan-based supplier of millwork, stairways, doors, windows, and hardware. Goodrich Brothers, founded in 1984, serves residential and commercial builders across the state. Tony Goodrich, who has been with the company since 1990, will continue managing daily operations. US LBM now operates 17 locations in Michigan as part of its Zeeland Lumber and Standard Supply & Lumber division.
