URBAS Energietechnik was commissioned to deliver an energy center for the Ziegler Group's new wood fiber insulation board plant. URBAS supplies a turnkey heating plant for process steam generation. The plant is designed for a steam output of 40 t / h.
The order includes fuel logistics, the steam boiler including MSR technology, exhaust gas cleaning and the structural design of the boiler house. The system concept is based on the proven URBAS CHP technology, which has been adapted for process steam generation.
The installation of two boiler lines that work independently of each other guarantees a very high availability of the systems. The requirements for redundancy are of central importance in this system.
