Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in 2018 was worth Euro 59.7 million, which is about 4% more than in 2017. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by almost 3%, while the values of purchased other categories of roundwood were higher: of wood fuel by about 69%, of pulpwood by almost 24% and of other industrial roundwood by about 1%.

Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in 2018 was worth Euro 59.7 million, which is about 4% more than in 2017, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by almost 3%, while the values of purchased other categories of roundwood were higher: of wood fuel by about 69%, of pulpwood by almost 24% and of other industrial roundwood by about 1%.

Sawlogs and veneer logs represented by far the highest share (76.7%) in the total value of roundwood purchased in 2017; the share of pulpwood was 15.1%, of wood fuel 6.2% and of other industrial roundwood 2%.
