Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired a 100% stake in Pronk Multiservice ME FZE, through Tri-Wall’s wholly owned subsidiary.
Pronk Multiservice ME is headquartered in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The company manufactures and sells heavy duty packaging, with its primary focus on wooden packaging, and also provides lashing service etc.
Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. Now, with the addition of Pronk Multiservice ME, Rengo will strengthen its supply system further and meet more diverse packaging/service needs.
