Pro-Gest S.p.A. announces that it has defined a new structure of the Board of Directors, which involves the inclusion of independent directors and the continuity of the Zago family.
Below, in alphabetical order, the list of members who will constitute the new Board: Sergio Iasi, Independent director, Massimo Lucchini, Independent director, Domenico Livio Trombone, Independent director, Francesco Zago, Director and Valentina Zago, Director. Domenico Livio Trombone will be the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The new Board of Directors confirming Francesco Zago in the role of CEO, in charge of the ordinary management of the business. In addition, the Board of Directors appointed Sergio Iasi as Chief Restructuring Officer ("CRO"), who is instead entrusted with the responsibility of extraordinary business management, aimed at supporting the Company's relaunching plan. As CRO, Mr. Iasi will in fact have operational powers to manage the Company's new season and its activities, starting with the review of industrial and financial plans, the management of the upcoming financial maturities of the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as the adoption of any other necessary initiatives following a careful assessment of the group's current capital structure and recent operations.
Sergio Iasi has accepted the appointment and has already begun working with the Company's management and the Zago family on next steps and related activities. Mr. Iasi has a successful track record in corporate relaunching processes, and his appointment marks a significant step in the financial and operational relaunching of the Company.
Along with Francesco Zago, Valentina Zago will also sit on the renewed Board of Directors as a shareholder representative, while the founder, Bruno Zago, will serve as honorary chairman of the Group.
