Precious Woods Holding AG appoints Fabian Leu and Markus Pfannkuch co-CEOs while they will continue to retain their positions as Chief Technical Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer respectively.
Precious Woods also appoints Richard Meister as new CFO, effective October 1, 2023. He has a wide spectrum of experiences in financial tasks but also an entrepreneurial history.
Together with Stephane Glannaz as Chief Commercial Officer, the new management team will take care of the operational tasks, while Markus Brütsch as former CEO/CFO has a mandate to be involved in relevant strategic projects, in addition to his responsibilities as Chairman.
