There was some discussion about the size of the amount to be paid in arrears. After a vote, it was finally decided by the annual meeting to set aside NOK 30 million ($2.9 million) as a back payment on the average timber deliveries from the unit owners over the past five years. This amounts to approximately NOK 17 ($1.6) per cubic meters of timber.
It was also decided to transfer NOK 100 million ($9.7 million) to the afterpayment fund.
The annual meeting went on to support the board's proposal to pay out a dividend of 4.5% on mandatory unit contributions and 5.5% on additional unit contributions to the unit owners.
