The wholesaler price of benchmark construction framing dimension softwood lumber item Western Spruce-Pine-Fir KD 2×4 #2&Btr, for the week ending June 18, 2021, dropped significantly yet again to US$1,048 mfbm (net FOB sawmill), down by -$227, or -$18, from two weeks ago when it was US$1,275, according to Madison’s Lumber Reporter.
