Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, announces, following share purchases of 26.5% on Friday, 18th October 2024, it now has a majority stake (62.6%) in Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB. This is a further significant milestone in the growth of the Group’s global Roofing & Waterproofing division. Nordic Waterproofing is a leading provider of waterproofing solutions in Northern Europe with a presence in 10 countries.
This development, together with the recent acquisition of IB Roofing in the US and its existing business, takes the Group’s annualised consolidated Roofing & Waterproofing revenues to approximately Euro 1 billion. This is before the impact of Kingspan's organic expansion in the US which is advancing at pace, and any further acquisition activity.
