DF Richards, a wood veneering company based in Basildon, Essex has taken delivery of a new Fisher & Ruckle splicing machine for its lay on manufacturing division, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The new purchase has come as part of a recent technology upgrade, which has seen the company install 4K cameras for log recording along with its inventory management platform Timber Plus.
Over the last 22 months the company has invested just over GBP 400,000 in improvements to its premises and equipment.
