Сanada's lumber production increased 1.5% from April to 5 385.5 thousand cubic metres in May. Production was 9.7% lower than in May 2018, as Statistics Canada said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Sawmills shipped 5 407.9 thousand cubic metres of lumber in May, up 3.3% from April and 12.2% lower than in May 2018.
