At a meeting held on 26 October 2023, the Supervisory Board of Metsäliitto Cooperative, Metsä Group’s parent company, elected Teuvo Hatva as a new member of the Board of Directors of Metsäliitto Cooperative from 1 January 2024.
Teuvo Hatva has long experience from various positions. He currently is the Chair of the City Board of Kajaani and works as a farming and forestry entrepreneur.
Juha Parpala, who has been a member of the Board of Directors of Metsäliitto Cooperative since 2009, will leave the Board of Directors at the end of 2023.
