She takes over as Mika Kekki transitions to lead the UPM Specialty Papers business area, starting the same date. Rinne, born in 1970, currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development within UPM Plywood. Her career at UPM spans nearly three decades, including roles such as Director of Marketing and Sales Development. She holds a master’s degree in mechanical wood technology, underscoring her technical expertise. The recruitment for the permanent Executive Vice President position for UPM Plywood is currently underway.
