Snavely Forest Products, a multi-regional distributor of specialty building products, has announced its expansion into the Oklahoma City area. This move aims to meet the anticipated demand in one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the U.S.

Teaming with Trex Company, Inc., a manufacturer of wood-alternative composite decking, railing, and other outdoor items made from recycled materials, Snavely will supply Trex products through its subsidiary, Mid-States Wholesale Lumber. "This exciting journey into a new market was driven by the opportunity to innovate and create value," said Clark Spitzer, President of Snavely. Snavely Forest Products, headquartered in Pittsburgh and founded in 1902. The company serves pro dealers and home centers through branches in several states including Texas, Colorado, and North Carolina.

Bret Martz, Vice President of North American professional sales for Trex, highlighted the expansion's strategic importance.
