Ville Halttunen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of Raute Corporation. He will join Raute from Cramo Group, where he holds the position of CFO. He will take over the Raute CFO position at the latest on July 10, 2023. Ville Halttunen will report in his position to President and CEO Mika Saariaho.
Ville Halttunen has over 14 years’ experience in Cramo Group in different business controlling, financial controlling and overall financial management roles. Earlier in his career, Ville Halttunen has worked at PwC as an M&A analyst and auditor.
Raute’s interim CFO Minna Yrjönmäki will continue in her role until Ville Halttunen joins Raute.
Raute is a technology and service company that operates worldwide. Raute’s customers are companies operating in the wood products industry that manufacture veneer, plywood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) and sawn timber.
