OptiGroup has acquired 100% of the company SG Verpakkingen in the Netherlands. The acquisition means that the Packaging business area further consolidates its position in Benelux. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
SG Verpakkingen provides a wide range of packaging materials and tailor-made packaging solutions to customers primarily within the professional relocation moving industry. The goal is to continue to develop SG Verpakkingen as a wholly owned business and strengthen the customer offering.
