Jartek appoints Juho Luoranen as new CEO

Jartek announces that Heikki Ruohonen has stepped down as the CEO of Jartek Invest Oy. Juho Luoranen has been appointed as the new CEO, effective November  25, 2024. This decision has been made in mutual agreement.

This transition is a part of the strategy aimed at enhancing the company’s agility. The CEO position will be taken over by Juho, who has previously worked as Technical Director and is one of the owners of Jartek. Juho’s deep knowledge of the company’s operations and solid expertise provide an excellent foundation for continued and successful development.

Adjustments have been made to sales operations. Kari Puustinen will take overall responsibility for sales and its strategic direction, leveraging his extensive industry experience and working closely with the board. In Finland, Kari’s main focus will be on developing the service business and project sales. He will continue to work closely with domestic customers. Perttu Hynönen, who joined Jartek as a Sales Engineer this fall will be supporting Kari in Finland.
