Gulfeagle Supply announces the acquisition of Exterior Solutions, a building materials supplier in Gulfport, Mississippi. The acquisition also prompted a relocation of the existing Gulfeagle Supply branch in Gulfport. Gulfeagle Supply will now operate under the Gulfeagle name.
The acquisition expands Gulfeagle’s product offerings in Gulfport to include siding, stucco, windows, and doors in addition to roofing and building products.
Matt Berger will be the Branch Manager of the Gulfport branch bringing with him over 14 years of industry experience. Chris Bingle will continue with Gulfeagle as Territory Manager and Joe Denton will join him as well as Territory Manager.
Gulfeagle Supply, founded in 1973, is a full line distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products. The company has grown to over 110 locations across the United States.
