Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned leading manufacturer of innovative wood coating solutions, announces the groundbreaking of its new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in El Reno, Oklahoma.

The new facility, set to span 52,000-square feet, will enhance Gemini’s operational efficiency, improve customer service and strengthen the company’s ability to compete in the ever-evolving coatings market.

The project is being led by Miller Architects and Ward Construction. The new warehouse features a modern design and includes finished good storage space with three-tier racking storage and a sophisticated sprinkler system, six loading docks at dock level and one additional loading dock with forklift access and additional office space. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2025.
