French home improvement and construction retailer Leroy Merlin will rebrand and continue its operations in Russia under the name Lemana PRO, the company announcedThe rebranding process will be gradual, with the first stores to be updated by the end of 2024 and full completion expected by 2025. The company will also update its logo.

"The brand change will not affect the current operations, relationships with partners, customer service, or staff work. There will be no organizational changes or layoffs due to the rebranding. All hypermarkets, dark stores, and distribution centers will continue to operate as usual," the company stated.

Leroy Merlin has been present in the Russian market since 2004 and currently operates 112 stores, 11 dark stores, and six distribution centers in the country.

The primary legal entity in Russia is LLC Le Monlid (formerly LLC Leroy Merlin Vostok). In December 2023, 99.99% of LLC Le Monlid was acquired by UAE-based Scenari Holding LP, with the remaining 0.007% retained by the French group Adeo.

In March 2023, the French company announced plans to transfer control of its Russian business to local management.
