Cabinetworks Group appoints Jeff Jackson as CEO

Cabinetworks Group announced that it has appointed Jeff Jackson as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds John Barkhouse, who has transitioned into an advisory role and will continue helping Jackson and the company in the near term.

Jackson has over 25 years of experience leading company transformations and spent the past 19 years in the building products industry, most recently as President and CEO of PGT Innovations, Inc. (PGTI), a manufacturer and supplier of premium windows and doors. Jackson joined PGTI in November 2005 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, he helped lead the company’s IPO and was later promoted to Executive Vice President and then President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, Jackson was appointed CEO of PGTI.

Jackson will be based in the new Cabinetworks headquarters in Livonia, Michigan.

As the largest privately held cabinetmaker in the United States, Cabinetworks Group is home to more than 8,000 employees; 24 locations, including 18 manufacturing facilities; and 19 brands.
