CCL Industries Inc. has acquired InTouch Label and Packaging Co., Inc., a specialized short-run digital label converter based near Boston, Massachusetts .
The enterprise value of the transaction, net of cash and debt, is approximately $10.9 million. Sales for the current year ending December 31, 2020, are expected to be approximately $9.5 million with an estimated adjusted EBITDA of $2.7 million.
