Boise Cascade Company entered into an agreement with Georgia-based Southern Veneer on January, 28 to sell its plywood facility in Moncure, North
Carolina. The sale officially closed on February 28, 2019.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.
