Milltech is an automation company with its own design and programming of control systems for mainly the sawmill industry. The company has sales of approximately SEK 25 million ($2.7 million) and employs 10 engineers.

Milltech will continue to operate independently, but will be a part of a common ownership structure. ARAT Group includes five companies that work independently and have a combined turnover of approximately SEK 400 million ($42.4 million) and have approximately 130 employees.
