Watkins Associated Industries (WAI) has acquired Minneapolis, MN-based Lexington Manufacturing. The stable, long-term management team at Lexington led by owners Bob and John Dimke and Mike Dillon, president, will remain in place post-acquisition, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
