VKK Group has acquired the KPA Unicon business. The deal includes KPA Unicon products, technologies, intellectual property rights, software and the Kiuruvesi workshop with its personnel.
VKK Power Oy’s product range now include, in addition to the existing grate boiler technology, Biograte, Renefluid, Renegrate, oil and gas boiler plants up to 50 MW power output.
As a result of the deal, VKK Group employs 90 experts in the energy sector. In addition, 50 external subcontractors, i.e. the company currently employs a total of 140 people.
