U.S. kitchen cabinet sales declined 0.1% in September compared to the previous month. The year-over-year revenues among survey participants saw a significant 11.4% dip in September compared to the figures from 2022, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA).

According to the KCMA's monthly Trend of Business Survey, the total sales reported by respondents for August amounted to $237.0 thousand. Breaking down this figure, custom sales accounted for $65.2 thousand, reflecting a modest 0.6% year-on-year decrease.

On the other hand, semi-custom sales saw a decline of 10.3%, amounting to $135.6 thousand, while stock sales plummeted by 28.7 %, reaching $36.2 thousand.

The year-to-date sales for survey participants stood at $2.15 million through September. Custom sales contributed $593.5 thousand, semi-custom sales reached $1.21 million, and stock sales amounted to $340.9 thousand.

The estimated sales for the overall market in September were reported at $1.46 million. For the year-to-date period, the overall market estimated sales were $13.31 million.
