Stella-Jones Inc. elects Douglas Muzyka to its Board of Directors. Mr. Muzyka’s appointment is effective December 16, 2019 and will bring the total number of Board members to eight, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mr. Muzyka has most recently held the positions of Senior Vice-President and Chief Science and Technology Officer of E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company (2010-2017), President, DuPont Greater China (2006-2010) and President and CEO of DuPont Canada, Inc. (2003-2006).
Currently retired, Mr. Muzyka serves on the Boards of CCL Industries (Chair of Human Resources and Compensation Committee and member of the Safety, Health and Environmental Committee) and Chemtrade Logistics.
