Riverhead Building Supply will acquire the assets of United Builders Supply, a 4-unit full-service LBM dealer. The deal is expected to close in the next 60 days. This acquisition expands the geographic footprint of Riverhead Building Supply, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Upon completion of the transition, Mr. Slosberg intends to retire from his 50+ year career in the lumber and building materials industry.
Riverhead Building Supply is a 14-unit family-owned lumber and building materials dealer with locations in New York and Rhode Island.
