Medite Smartply has recently adopted and implemented several measures throughout the business to observe and follow the guidance offered to us by the local public health authorities.
- A temporary pause of Medite and Smartply manufacturing operations for 1 week from the 13th April.
- The lead times will return to 2-3 weeks for Medite and 1-2 weeks for Smartply, for its ‘standard' products, with effect from 6th April, subject to availability at time of order.
- Scheduled deliveries will continue as normal into all markets and territories, during this planned downtime, subject to complying with local country regulations.
- Customer service and sales organisation will remain operational through-out this period.
As Medite Smartply has been classified as an ‘essential business activity’ by the Irish Government, the company plans to return to full operational capability following this period or as soon as is reasonable to do so.
