UK modified timber manufacturer Lignia Wood has signed a major distribution agreement with Hout-Bois van Steenberge. Based in Belgium, the non-exclusive agreement means Hout-Bois van Steenberge will be supplying Lignia to customers in Europe, except for the Nordic countries, UK and Ireland.

UK modified timber manufacturer Lignia Wood has signed a major distribution agreement with Hout-Bois van Steenberge. Based in Belgium, the non-exclusive agreement means Hout-Bois van Steenberge will be supplying Lignia to customers in Europe, except for the Nordic countries, UK and Ireland.

Lignia Commercial Director, Steve Rogers, said: “We are really delighted to be working with such a proactive distributor for the Benelux markets and beyond. Hout-Bois van Steenberge already has a great deal of experience in selling modified timber and is well established in the Benelux region, working with architects to drive product specification.”

Established in 1903, Hout-Bois van Steenberge ships, saws and supplies wood and sheet materials across the continent. As the leading timber and panel importer in Benelux and France, Hout-Bois van Steenberge imports softwood from all over Europe, as well as wood panels on a global scale.
