Kemira, a global chemicals company serving customers in the pulp and paper industry, announces price increases for sizing technologies in Asia Pacific region.
The adjustment will be effective immediately or as contracts allow, the price increase of FennoSize ASA will be an average of 5-15%, for FennoSize Cationic Rosin 10–30% and for FennoSize AKD Emulsion 10–15%.
The decision is triggered by continuous cost increases of raw materials, energy and logistics, regulatory compliance requirements combined with limited availability of key raw materials which are used in the manufacturing of these technologies.
