Fiskeby has agreed to acquire Baden Board GmbH, based in Gernsbach, Germany provided an approval by the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt).
Baden Board is a well-established producer of 100% recycled cartonboard and a packaging solution provider. By adding the capacity of the Baden mill, Fiskeby will almost double its output and extend the product portfolio. Together, its presence in central Europe will improve significantly.
