Central Valley Builders Supply announces the acquisition of Caseywood Corporation, a well known building supply company based in Grass Valley, California. It is a merger of two multi-generational, family run businesses.

Both companies are committed to delivering premium lumber, engineered wood, moulding, millwork, hardware, fencing and decking products. Central Valley’s acquisition of Caseywood Corporation will result in an expanded footprint across Northern California, encompassing five retail locations three sourcing lumberyard locations, a design center, a door and window shop, two rail yards, and a combined workforce of approximately 240 employees.
