Boise Cascade Company completes the acquisition of American Lumber Distributors headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
“We’re very pleased to welcome 50 new associates to our nationwide Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Team,” said Nick Stokes, executive vice president. “It has been a pleasure getting to know everyone through this transition, and we look forward to serving our customers together with our expanded capacity.”
The facility is officially the BMD-Birmingham branch.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.
