Beacon has opened new locations in Grand Haven, Michigan, and Joplin, Missouri, to serve residential and commercial contractors and lumberyards.
The new branch in Grand Haven, Michigan, is in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area.
The new Joplin, MO branch is dedicated to serving lumberyard customers. “This location’s proximity to Interstates 44 and 49 is ideal for serving our Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma customers. This tri-state area is a busy region and we have customized our product range, trucking routes, and team expertise to deliver industry-leading service for our lumberyard customers,” explained Clint Wade, Beacon’s National Vice President.
Beacon has opened 16 greenfields and completed seven acquisitions to date in 2023.
Founded in 1928, Beacon is publicly traded distributor of building products, including roofing materials and complementary products, such as siding and waterproofing.
