Rusken Packaging is in the process of opening a new 440,000 square foot facility in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Rusken Packaging is expecting to be able to start running boxes in early May 2023.

Regarding the new addition, David Ortiz, VP of Operations, had this to say: “The Rusken Packaging footprint continues to expand and we now have the ability to support both new, and existing customers, with great quality packaging in the Northeast part of the US.”

Not only is its new Hazleton facility home to CSC’s state-of-the-art BHS 110-inch corrugator, it is also equipped with a 4-color, 66-inch Ward rotary die cutter, Straub double-sided tape applicator, and specialty folder gluer. Upon completion this summer the Company expects to have added a 75 x 175-inch Ward and 50-inch FFG.
