Weyerhaeuser Company appoints Nancy S. Loewe as senior vice president and CFO, effective March 8, 2021.

Her appointment follows the company's previous announcement that Russell Hagen is taking on a new role as senior vice president and chief development officer, overseeing the company's Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources segment, as well as Business Development and Acquisitions and Divestitures.

Nancy S. Loewe was most recently senior vice president of finance for Visa, Inc. Previously, she was CFO for Kimberly-Clark International, after having served as chief strategy officer and global treasurer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Prior to that, Loewe was executive vice president and CFO for PepsiCo's Frito-Lay North America business unit.

Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest private owners of timberlands, began operations in 1900. The company owns or controls approximately 11 million acres of timberlands in the U.S. and manage additional timberlands under long-term licenses in Canada.
