Volati has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the machinery supplier Trejon Försäljnings AB (Trejon). The acquisition is an add-on acquisition for Salix Group. Together with the existing operations in Kellfri, the acquisition strengthens Salix Group's position in the forestry and agricultural machinery segment, creating synergies in several areas.

Through the acquisition of Trejon, Salix Group gains access to a broader range of high-quality machinery for agriculture, forestry, and construction. This results in a more comprehensive offering to Salix Group's customers, as well as synergies for the platform, including a larger supplier network and the opportunity to optimize the companies' processes.

Growth through acquisitions is an important part of Volati’s strategy to create long-term value growth. The ambition is to develop the Company’s businesses into larger and stronger platforms through organic growth, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions, both in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe. The acquisition of Trejon is Volati's fifth add-on acquisition in 2023, bringing the total added annual revenue to approximately SEK 630 million.

The acquisition has been financed through Volati’s existing credit facilities, and access to the shares is expected in early 2024.

Trejon is a prominent player in forestry, agriculture, and municipal equipment.
