The beginning of a large-scale modernization of timber industry enterprises (now the holding includes 10 separate logging divisions (Velskoye, Dmitrievskoye, Karpogorskoye, Lukovetskoye, Pinezhskoye, Konoshskoye, Syamzhenskoye, Ust-Pokshengskoye, Svetlozerskoye, Shalakushskoye), Verkhnetoemsky LPH LLC, as well as LLC Belomorskaya Splavnaya Company).

| Creation of a diversified Titan holding with key business areas: logging (currently the allowable cut is 5.5 million m3) and sawmilling (the largest sawmill in the European part of Russia - CJSC Lesozavod 25). |

| The holding becomes the general supplier of timber to Arkhangelsk PPM (now the volume of timber supplies to JSC Arkhangelsk PPM and ZAO Lesozavod 25 is more than 5.5 million m3 per year). |

Large-scale modernization of Lesozavod 25 CJSC (now the capacity of three sections of the sawmill allows processing 2 million m3 of sawlogs on an annualized basis, the production volume of lumber is 850 thousand m3 and those of pellets is 200 thousand tons).

| The first three timber enterprises of the holding, PKP Titan LLC itself and Lesozavod 25 CJSC receive FSC certificates for forest management and supply chain (FSC License Code: FSC-C016977). |

| Investments in the modernization of all assets of the holding, including the annual technical re-equipment, amounted to more than 55 billion rubles. Annually: investments in the construction of infrastructure (roads, crossings and bridges) in the territories of presence - more than 300 million rubles, investments in charity programs and social assistance in the territories of presence - more than 100 million rubles, tax payments to budgets of all levels, extra-budgetary fees funds - over 2 billion rubles. |

With a significant contribution of the Titan Group, the Dvinsko-Pinezhsky state natural complex (landscape) reserve of regional significance with an area of 302 thousand hectares was created. WWF-Russia and the Titan signed an agreement on the voluntary protection of an area of 1834 hectares of pristine taiga adjacent to the Dvinsko-Pinezhsky nature reserve. Titan Group has completed of work on reforestation in the area of 16.7 thousand hectares. About 2.5 million coniferous seedlings have been planted on the forest land. Half of them have a closed root system.

The Titan Group is one of the five largest forest based companies in Russia. Together with WWF Russia and FSC Russia, the Group is developing a roadmap for the conservation of high conservation value forests until 2028.The roadmap includes an action plan for the conservation of biological and landscape diversity, including the expansion of existing specially protected natural areas and the creation of new ones in 24 forest areas in the Arkhangelsk region, which are under the control of the Titan Group. Titan is implementing an intensive sustainable forestry model in the area of over 2.5 million hectares. The Group carried out reforestation work in an area of 20 thousand hectares, which included measures to promote natural reforestation and planting pine and spruce crops. In the 2020 forestry season, the Group planted 2.5 million coniferous seedlings. The Titan's own tree nursery in the Nyandoma region has grown about a million young pines and firs. The Group joined the large-scale all-Russian campaign for forest restoration “Let's Save the Forest”: more than 700 thousand young coniferous trees were planted. Reforestation was carried out in an area of 205 hectares on the territory of Ustyanskoye, Velskoye, Priozernoye and Kholmogorskoye forestries. In the territory of the Ivakshansky district forestry in the Nyandomsky district, the Titan Group has planted 75 thousand spruce seedlings with a closed root system. Reforestation activities were carried out in an area of 25 hectares. |
