Rengo Co., Ltd. has acquired 100% of the shares issued by Hiropax Co., Ltd., making Hiropax a Rengo subsidiary.
Hiropax manufactures and sells corrugated boxes, chemical products (plastic vacuum formed products), and printed label and sticker products, and it has four manufacturing facilities centered in Takasaki-shi, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
Rengo will respond to a wide range of packaging needs by leveraging the chemical products and label/sticker business, and will further enhance the Group's corrugated packaging business in the Kanto region by strengthening collaboration in sales and development with Hiropax, its directly managed plants in the vicinity, and other Group companies.
