Moelven Valåsen Wood AB has signed an agreement with RemaSawco AB regarding the upgrade of the sawmill's planning mill in Karlskoga, Sweden. The order includes yet another of RemaSawco's market-leading board scanners, the RS-BoardScannerQ and the application RS-StrengthGrader for strength classification of boards and planks. This order means that Moelven Valåsen is now taking delivery of its third RS-BoardScannerQ.
The order value amounts to just over SEK 6.4 million (approx. 612,000). Delivery, installation and commissioning will take place during the fall of 2024.
