Professional Builders Supply, LLC (“PBS”) has acquired a majority interest in SouthEnd Exteriors, Inc. Based in Charlotte, NC, SouthEnd provides turnkey siding and roofing installations to single family, residential builders throughout the Carolinas and Nashville, TN. Most recent annualized revenues for SouthEnd approximate $100 million.
Jamie Oliver and Ryan Roberts, the owners of SouthEnd, will continue to lead and manage the operation under the SouthEnd Exteriors name.
PBS currently sells and distributes residential building materials out of 10 facilities in the Carolinas and Georgia. The company currently employs 465 associates and annual revenues exceed $325 million.
