Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Indexator Rotator Systems of Sweden. The company develops and manufactures rotators, mainly to the forest industry.
Indexator is located in Vindeln in Sweden and had net sales of approximately SEK 300 million in 2018. The company has about 140 employees and will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
