CFO Franz Peter Matheis will leave the Executive Board of Homag Group AG at his own request on February 29, 2020 to seek new professional challenges outside the group.
Mr. Matheis has been a member of the Executive Board of Homag Group AG since 2015 and was previously Commercial Director of Schenck RoTec GmbH, Darmstadt, which also belongs to the Dürr Group.
The Supervisory Board has appointed Rainer Gausepohl, Member of the Executive Board of Dürr Systems AG and CFO of the Application Technology Division of the Dürr Group, as his successor effective March 1, 2020.
