India's Greenlam Industries acquires Decolan SA. Decolan SA will be managed as a subsidiary of Greenlam Asia Pacific which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenlam Industries Group.
The new company will work under the leadership of Giovanni Iurza who will be positioned as CEO of Decolan SA. He will be operating under the guidance of Vaibhav Sharma, Director-Americas, Asia Pacific&Europe. Decolan’s current team and management will continue to be a part of Greenlam Decolan SA to ensure seamless operations.
