Sawlog and pulpwood removals each accounted for 3.1 million cubic meters of the total industrial roundwood harvested in October, reflecting a balanced distribution between these key timber categories.
Non-industrial private forests contributed 4.9 million cubic meters to industrial roundwood removals, an 18% increase compared to the previous year. In contrast, removals from forest industry companies' and state-owned forests amounted to 1.3 million cubic meters, representing a 9% year-over-year increase.
