Oct 12, 2012. /Lesprom Network/. The Felix Schoeller Group announced that Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp, formerly Chief Operating Officer of Schoeller Technocell GmbH & Co. Kg, will join the Felix Schoeller Group's management board as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
He will be replacing Dr Matthias Rauhut, who will be standing down from the Group's management board on 30 September 2012, and leaving the company on 30 November 2012 to pursue other professional interests.
Hans-Christoph Gallenkamp has been Chief Operating Officer of the Technocell Division with its two business units - Technocell Dekor and Technocell Vlies - since 2002. From 1 October 2012, Stephan Igel and Georg Haggenmüller will take over his role as Chief Operating Officers, reporting to Mr Gallenkamp.
Mr Igel will be taking over Mr Gallenkamp's duties and will be responsible for the Technocell Division's Dekor Business Unit with the following organisational units: sales, technology, product management and digital printing. Georg Haggenmüller will continue to be responsible for Technocell's nonwovens business. He will also take over Dr Rauhut's responsibility for Technocell's mills (in Germany: Osnabrück, Günzach, Neustadt, and Penig, along with Drummondville in Canada) and for Technocell's research and development activities.
Guido Hofmeyer will continue as Chief Operating Officer of the Felix Schoeller Division. Volker Barth replaces Dr Rauhut on Felix Schoeller's management report. He will continue to report to Mr Hofmeyer.
