DS Smith Plc announces that Adrian Marsh has informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Board and from his role as Group Finance Director once a successor is in place.
A process will be undertaken by the Company to identify and appoint his successor and a further announcement concerning the date of Adrian's retirement will be made in due course.
